ARX is a boutique firm in the Payment Services industry. We have more than 20 years of merchant service experience providing solutions for companies of various sizes and diverse industries. Our portfolio includes merchants doing all types of transactions from Retail, MOTTO (Mail Order Telephone Order) and Online (ECommerce).

President Brian Fatigati learned about the importance of customer service early in life. When he was 6 years old, he worked in his family’s restaurant bussing tables. The job not only taught him about responsibility, it also taught him the value of helping others. Today, Brian considers himself a “client advocate,” helping his clients by negotiating and maintaining the best possible rates for services and equipment.

Being a boutique firm allows ARX Payment Services to develop customized pricing models for our clients. ARX customized solutions have saved clients whose businesses are primarily credit card-based hundreds to thousands of dollars per month on processing fees. These businesses include veterinarians, appliance dealers, hearing aid centers, promotional products companies and many more.

Brian Fatigati is a member of the Executive Association of Greater Orlando (EAGO) and is a preferred vendor for the Promotional Products Association of Florida (PPAF).
