DuBose Care Management

The profession of geriatric care management was primarily influenced by my Mother who was an RN and came as a second career for me. She honored me with the privilege of caring for her as multiple debilities affected her independence. I had the good fortune of meeting a “professional geriatric care manager”during my Mother’s illness that would assist me during respite periods so that I remained strong and focused on her care. After her death I decided to leave my retail management career and pursue this amazing field of assisting individuals and families throughout the many challenges of aging.

DuBose Care Management provides personalized services acting as a fierce and compassionate advocate and liaison to benefit individuals going through the challenges of aging. We are your support with progressive illness, home health needs, relocation, psychosocial or functional issues and crisis intervention, to name a few.
