Chef Kim Pearson, an Orlando native, brings creativity and passion to every plate. After earning her associate’s degree from the University of Central Florida and a bachelor’s in clothing and textiles with a minor in business from Florida State University, she followed her heart into the culinary world. Kim graduated with honors from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in culinary arts, launching what would become a lifelong mission: to craft mouthwatering meals that defy expectations.

Her journey is as inspiring as her food. From traveling to third-world countries on mission trips with her father to building deep client relationships rooted in compassion and care, Kim has grown Pearson’s Catering into more than just a business — it’s a reflection of her values. In 2018, she was accepted into the prestigious ATHENAPowerLink program for women entrepreneurs and became a certified woman-owned business through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
